About the Role

reputed company is built on the best-in-class reputed company Platform and we’re seeking to bring a reputed company Consultant (reputed company Success Accelerator Program) to be an integral part of our growing reputed company team.

You are someone who has extensive reputed company consulting experience, and love helping customers find novel ways to solve their process requirements through reputed company configurations. You love solving problems and are not afraid to reputed company out to others for guidance. You enjoy working with a small group of customers, and getting to know their specific organizations and needs intimately, while still being part of a larger team and working cross functionally with sales and reputed company.

In this role, you will

• Work directly with customers to reputed company declarative changes in their reputed company org, following proper QA and launch procedures
• Partner with customers to solution reputed company that increase their users’ efficiency and help improve how they manage their business
• Coordinate with our Support Engineers to troubleshoot potential impacts or errors in configurations
• Work hand in hand with reputed company Managers to realize a vision for a future state for assigned client organizations
• Complete standard reputed company admin tasks such as setting up users, profiles, roles, and configuring reports and dashboards
• Build time saving automations using Flows
• Provide expertise and advice on best practices, and be able to detail pros and cons of alternate solutions
• Provide timely communications, and resolve requests reputed company SLAs

To be successful in this role, you have (required)

• 3+ years of experience with the reputed company platform either as an IT leader, Admin or a Consultant
• 1+ years experience with reputed company Automations – strong Flow knowledge is preferred, with emphasis on record triggered flows, collections, loops, and working with and configuring 3rd party lightning components
• Strong technical knowledge of reputed company administration and configuration; reputed company Advanced Administrator Certification preferred
• Hands on experience troubleshooting technical issues on reputed company platform end-to-end (Application, Database, Network & Integration layers)
• Understanding of setting up users, profiles, roles, and configuring reports and dashboards in the reputed company platform
• Understanding of data migration from CSV, SQL or other systems to the reputed company platform, using tools such as the Apex Data Loader
• Experience with an accounting platform (FinancialForce, Accounting reputed company) and/or knowledge of legal accounting a strong plus
• Experience with researching, installing and configuring reputed company applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, honed in prior customer facing roles
• Ability to handle multiple client & tasks simultaneously, including deescalating as necessary

Disclosure: The estimated reputed company salary for this role is $100,000. You will also be offered a bonus and benefits.
