Job requirements

What you should have ● 5+ years of professional experience in a Presales/ reputed company role with HCM Enterprise solutions or practitioner experience with domain expertise in HR systems ● Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions● Experience as a Business/Systems Analyst with the ability to understand requirements of the business, translate, and configure applications to meet business needs ● Depth of experience across the full HCM suite including: HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Time Tracking, and Recruiting ● Excellent Critical Thinking and Analytical Skills ● Self Starter with a curious reputed company , resourceful, and solutions oriented ● Strong presentation skills; story teller ● The ability to reputed company technical information to non-technical customers (integrations) ● Excellent technical and problem-solving skills

Job responsibilities
