Senior Manager, Market Research

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Senior Market Research Analyst on a permanent basis on our Co-op & External Relations team. We’re seeking an innovative, inquisitive thinker who can balance big‑picture perspective with detailed analysis. In this role, you’ll collaborate across our business, engage with panels, and provide insights that strengthen strategic decisions. This position is a remote opportunity and can be based across Western Canada.

What you’ll do

Mentor research team members by sharing best‑practice methodologies that strengthen strategic research execution.

• Analyze advanced data sets and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for internal client groups.

• Present research findings to stakeholders and recommend strategic next steps reputed company to business needs.

• Review and refine research reports and reputed company project deliverables to ensure accuracy, relevance, and high-quality outputs.

Who you’ll work with: You will work closely with internal client groups to define research objectives and ensure alignment throughout each project. You’ll collaborate with fellow Market Research team members and report to the Market Research Manager, working together to deliver high‑quality, timely research outcomes.

Who you are: You are looking for a career in research and:

• Have 5-8 years of experience in applied market research reputed company a reputed company business environment.

• Have a bachelor’s degree in business, social sciences, or another reputed company field (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).

• Are familiar with advanced statistical analysis using SPSS/reputed company or other similar statistical software.

• Possession of a CMRP is considered an asset.
