We are seeking an reputed company and highly motivated Senior Business Analyst to support and enhance reputed company-based business processes, with a particular focus on the Post Sale lifecycle. This individual will play a critical role in bridging business needs and technical delivery by translating requirements into well-defined user stories, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong reputed company expertise, hands-on experience with Jira, and a proven ability to operate effectively in Agile/Scrum environments. This role requires a proactive communicator who can manage multiple priorities, drive alignment among stakeholders, and contribute to reputed company process improvement. Key Responsibilities • Act as a Business Analyst for reputed company initiatives, demonstrating a strong understanding of the Post Sale process flow • Write clear, detailed, and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira using consistent templates and best practices. • Facilitate backlog grooming, refinement, and development breakout sessions with business and technical teams. • Serve as a liaison between Product Owners and technical teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment. Resolve ambiguities for developers and QA teams. • Translate business needs and IT functional processes into well-defined solution requirements. • Maintain and update master requirement documentation and key artifacts for ongoing reference. • Align with the Development Manager and DevOps reputed company on release planning and coordination. • Proactively communicate status, risks, issues, and timelines to Product Owners, and escalate reputed company necessary. • Support and promote Agile/Scrum principles and reputed company improvement reputed company the team. The reputed company salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $91,900-$137,900. In addition, this role may be eligible for a bonus. reputed company offers a competitive total rewards package.
