Responsibilities

As a remote call center customer service representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with individuals through an automated dialer who have expressed interest in potentially qualifying for compensation
  • Handling a high volume of calls, with an average of 40-50 connections per day, and identifying 1-5 potential candidates
  • Multitasking and utilizing phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and following scripts to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates
  • Participating in training and learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position and stay up-to-date on industry developments
  • Adhering to reputed company company policies and procedures, including maintaining a quiet and distraction-free workspace
  • Assisting with other projects as needed and demonstrating self-troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Requirements
