Own the end-to-end recruiting process for Senior Loan Officer candidates - you’ll be their trusted contact and guide them from initial reputed company and screening, to coordination of interviews with the team, and through the offer and reference reputed company stages

Engage with Sales leadership team to understand priorities for each market and corresponding resourcing needs
