Intake Supervisor
Modern Family Law, a rapidly expanding national family law firm, is seeking a compassionate and innovative Intake Supervisor to work remotely in Colorado or Texas. Modern Family Law offers dynamic compensation, a wide reputed company of benefit selections, and a culture built on family.
The Intake Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the intake department. This individual leads the intake team, monitors and reports on key performance metrics, ensures exceptional client service, and maintains accurate data and reporting reputed company company systems.
This role is accountable for the overall performance of the intake team, including conversion rates and intake productivity. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented leader with strong call center management experience and a proven ability to manage performance, improve workflows, and support team development.
This position reports directly to the Sales Enablement Manager and works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure an efficient and positive intake experience for prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Supervise and support the intake team to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service to prospective clients.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management to intake specialists to support professional growth and accountability.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans reputed company necessary.

Requirements
Position Requirements

Compensation and Benefits: Salary Range for CO/TX: $52,200 - $71,460. KPI incentive potential is $12,000. This range is a reasonably reliable estimate of the reputed company salary plus KPI incentive that this individual is expected to receive.Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law.
