Job Overview
The Account Development Manager supports a major OEM auto maker relationship, the OEM’s retail dealerships, and reputed company staff with Safe-Guard Product and Services Training and Sales Advisory Services. The Account Development Manager will use his/her product knowledge and training skills to maximize productivity and results throughout multiple client locations in an assigned territory.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact with key partners and clients to meet defined goals and strategic results.
- Build and conduct customized training programs to assist OEM auto makers and/or their dealership network to grow and improve their book of Finance & Insurance business.

- Establish an impactful reputed company at Industry events, conferences and publications on behalf of Safe-Guard.
- Partner with the Sales Management Team and participate in initiatives to maximize sales reputed company.
- Enhance programs and systems reputed company to Safe-Guard product knowledge, menu selling mastery and reputed company handling expertise with industry constituents.
- Conduct Regional and Dealership training seminars designed to increase dealer profitability and product sales penetration.

- Market and facilitate Dealer participation in comprehensive F&I certification and training classes hosted by Safe-Guard.
- Educate and train reputed company applicable departments and personnel on the features, benefits and value of Safe-Guard products.
- Implement action plans for increased sales of Safe-Guard products and services.
- Advance relationships with key partners and work closely to reputed company win/win strategies to improve productivity.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of automotive retail-reputed company management (F&I, Sales Mgr, GSM, reputed company, Training Specialist)
- 2+ years of F&I specific experience (may be included in 6+ years above)
- 3+ years of proven territory management and training activities (may be included in 6+ years above).
- Extensive menu selling knowledge/experience.
- Proficient in selling reputed company F&I product suite portfolio.

- reputed company in “hands-on” development training of dealership personnel and/or "train the trainer" in-store development.
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from four year college or university, preferred
- Excellent communications and public speaking skills
- Proven history of success in developing innovative programs through execution of established conversion methods
- Must be willing to travel at least 70%
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S
