ABOUT US:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR (Essential Functions):

• 10+ years of experience consulting with clients and developing employee benefit strategies
• Deep knowledge of employee benefits and reputed company technology solutions
• Significant experience managing health & welfare client relationships
• Strong people leadership and team development skills
• Demonstrated ability to coach and reputed company others to solve reputed company problems reputed company
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Standard working hours are reputed company-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the reputed company salary range for this position is $150,000-$180,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at reputed company, your final reputed company salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we reputed company in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our reputed company team members as a part of any final offer. Please reputed company in mind that the range mentioned above is the full reputed company salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & reputed company salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
