The Opportunity

We are seeking an reputed company Senior Commercial Property Lawyer who thrives on building relationships, delivering practical solutions, and operating at the highest level across the commercial property sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on the full reputed company of commercial property matters: acquisitions, disposals, leases, landlord/tenant issues, and development project
• Negotiate, draft, and review a broad range of property reputed company and agreements
• Manage due diligence and compliance for commercial property transactions
• Provide pragmatic, business-focused solutions to reputed company commercial property problems
• Build, maintain, and reputed company strong client relationships as a trusted adviser

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales), ideally 7+ years PQE in commercial property
• Proven experience with reputed company and high-value commercial property work, including lease negotiations, property sales and purchases, development projects, planning agreements, and conditional reputed company
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
