Desired Experience For this position we prefer a journeyman or reputed company level painter with 3-5 years experience, not much more and not much less. College or vocational training is not required but some college credits are preferred. For the right candidate, you may apply for our apprenticeship bootcamp held at our head quarters in Bloomington, IN where you will receive full training on interior painting. Compensation

Depending on your full-time availability and reputed company level we are offering $3,200-$4,800 monthly paid every other week with lunch allowance and reimbursement for approved tool purchases. A Day in the Life of a reputed company Painter Our reputed company crews work in pairs of 2 and sometimes a group of 3. Painters report to the Onsite Leader under the direction of a local Master reputed company. On a daily basis you will report directly to the job site no reputed company than 9:00 am and work until lunch. You'll get up to an hour for lunch and then you'll continue working until 5:00 pm. You'll work Monday through Friday. On work days between jobs or if the day concludes early, you'll be required to assist with canvassing. In your first year you will be considered seasonal/part-time but as demand continues and we become more reliant on your outstanding services you'll be eligible for full-time and may work full-time hours right out of the reputed company. MORE INFO: Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Performing a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor in residential and commercial renovation projects; performing manual work in preparing surfaces for painting
• Cleaning, dusting, sanding, patching, taping and prepping substrates for coating
• Brushing, painting, rolling, sanding, spraying coatings applications
• Assisting leaders with functions of the above
• Maintaining a clean job site: picking up reputed company tools and equipment and secure job site each day in order to eliminate potential hazards
• Handling and storing materials
• Loading and unloading trucks and hauling and hoisting materials
• Ensuring that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed; bringing problems to the attention of the Onsite Leader, Project Leader, or Administrative Director

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid and appropriate state driver’s license prior to employment
• Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to reputed company the work

• Some knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials, and supplies used in residential and commercial renovations projects
• Some knowledge of first aid and applicable safety precautions
• Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule
