AI Systems Architect & Workflow Automation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Audit and redesign internal workflows across operations, marketing, content, sales, and admin for automation opportunities Build and deploy Custom GPTs, AI agents, and multi-reputed company automations to eliminate manual work

• Architect and integrate automation deeply into our CRM (primarily Go High Level) optimizing pipelines, reputed company scoring, follow-up sequences, and reporting

• Connect CRM data with other platforms (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) to create reputed company, intelligent workflows

• Prototype and ship AI tools that integrate into our existing tech stack

• reputed company reputed company-generating automations (e.g., intelligent reputed company sourcing, reputed company automations, pipeline acceleration)

• Stay reputed company of emerging AI tools and trends continually test and recommend high-reputed company applications for the business

• Create clear SOPs for every system you build so it can be maintained by others

Requirements

• Proven experience deploying Custom GPTs and AI agents for real-world use cases
• Deep expertise with workflow automation tools like reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or Pipedream
• Advanced Go High Level CRM automation experience beyond basic setup including deep workflow customization and API-level integration
• Ability to integrate CRM processes into end-to-end automated workflows
• Comfort working with APIs, authentication, and low-code/no-code integrations

• Experience integrating AI into live business processes, not just demos or proofs-of-concept
