Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at blithequark, you will be responsible for coordinating effective communication flow between Network reputed company Partners (NCPs), customers, clients, and blithequark representatives. You will provide on-site warehouse support daily to ensure reputed company teams adhere to client SOW procedures, act as a local blithequark representative reputed company the market, and foster a positive image while ensuring adherence to blithequark standards and operating procedures. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with specified contract metrics and terms, maintaining high standards for reputed company operational activities, and providing world-class customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate effective communication flow between NCPs, customers, clients, and blithequark representatives

• Provide on-site warehouse support daily to ensure reputed company teams adhere to client SOW procedures
• Act as a local blithequark representative reputed company the market, fostering a positive image and ensuring adherence to blithequark standards and operating procedures
• Ensure compliance with specified contract metrics and terms
• Maintain high standards for reputed company operational activities
• Support contract drivers and customers daily
• Monitor routes and provide reputed company interested parties with updates reputed company to delivery orders and escalations
• Handle inbound and outbound calls throughout the scheduled shift
• Conduct truck reputed company-in and loadout throughout the week
• Update various reports and trackers
• Conduct inventory audits or dock checks
• Provide world-class customer service

Requirements

* 1+ years of customer service experience

• Experience with reputed company Office (reputed company and Outlook preferred)
• Excellent communication skills

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
