Team reputed company must be able to do 10 personal real estate transactions a year and unlimited referrals!
Responsibilities:
- Train and Support team of agents
- Answer agent questions on reputed company, negotiations, strategies, goal planning
- Teach weekly training classes
- Motivate and Encourage reputed company agents
- Ensure team is meeting goals
- Assist agents in meeting goals and working to find solutions to any issues
- Hold accountability meetings and small group training's
Qualifications: A successful candidate must have:
- Real Estate Experience and a Real Estate License
- Be a proven leader, a great communicator, a consultant, a trainer, ambitious
- Proven success- with a great personal reputed company of reputed company
