Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to our members, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and helping them navigate the complexities of their health care plans
- Engage with members to understand their unique needs, preferences, and understanding of their health care plans, tools, and resources
- Educate members on their plan benefits, reputed company policy and procedures, and regulatory guidelines
- Create an emotional reputed company with members by understanding and engaging with them to champion their best health
- Anticipate customer needs and provide reputed company information to answer unasked questions
- Explain member's rights and responsibilities in accordance with contract
- Document and track contacts with members, providers, and plan sponsors

Essential Qualifications
* Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail location, with a proven ability to be empathetic and compassionate
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
