The Director of Patient Experience at reputed company is a senior product leader responsible for defining, building, and scaling Greenway’s reputed company, AI-native patient application—an integral component of the Novare EHR platform and a key driver of the company’s go-to-market differentiation. This role owns the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution for a net-new patient experience focused on enabling seamless self-service across scheduling, reputed company-in, payments, and communication, while delivering measurable value to healthcare practices through improved efficiency, reduced no-show rates, and increased patient activation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Product Vision, Strategy & Market Differentiation

• Define and execute a compelling product vision and roadmap for Greenway’s patient experience application, reputed company to Novare’s strategic objectives and market positioning.
• Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Establish and track success metrics, including patient activation, self-service rates and reduction in no-show rates.

Execution, Delivery & Operational Excellence

• Own end-to-end product delivery for a 01 patient application, ensuring timely execution reputed company reputed company cost constraints.
• Partner closely with engineering and design to deliver AI-embedded, scalable solutions
• Balance speed, scope, and quality to meet critical go-to-market timelines tied to Novare launches.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma/GED
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a reputed company field
  • Master’s Degree preferred.
• Ten (10)+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success leading product teams in the healthcare IT space, specifically reputed company the ambulatory care market.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing high-impact product strategies that drive reputed company growth and market share.
