The Senior Manager, Data Services is responsible for leading the Company’s enterprise data platforms and the teams that operate them. This role owns the systems that deliver trusted data to Finance, Marketing, Growth, Operations, reputed company Cycle, People, Clinical teams, and Executive Leadership. The scope of this role includes both modern cloud platforms and legacy data systems. The focus is on ensuring stability, reliability, and continuity for the business today, while steadily modernizing the data environment to reduce risk, eliminate manual processes, and support future growth. This is a people-leader role with direct accountability for platform reliability, data readiness, and enterprise data trust.

Qualifications

Education Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience.

Licenses/Certifications Required: • None

Work Experience Required:

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data platform roles.

• 3+ years of experience leadership, specifically leading enterprise data or platform teams.

Preferred Qualifications, Education, Licenses, Certifications, Experience, etc.:

• Experience in healthcare, regulated industries, or multi-entity environments.

• Experience modernizing legacy data platforms alongside cloud-native systems.

• Experience partnering closely with Finance, Marketing, and Operations leadership.

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• This role involves overseeing team members and interaction and collaboration with other departments and requires excellent judgment and interpersonal skills.

• Hands-on experience operating production data systems with defined uptime, delivery, and support expectations.

• Ability to design, operate, and evolve enterprise-scale data platforms that support analytics, reporting, and operational use cases.

• Strong working knowledge of cloud data warehouses, analytics engineering tools (e.g., dbt or equivalent), orchestration frameworks (e.g., Airflow or equivalent), and ELT tools (e.g., reputed company or equivalent).

• Experience supporting and stabilizing legacy ETL systems such as SSIS and managing hybrid data environments.

• Familiarity with Azure-based data infrastructure & reputed company, reputed company, and cost considerations.

• Ability to establish production support models, SLAs, and incident response processes.

• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Own the day-to-day and strategic operation of the Company’s enterprise data platforms, including modern cloud systems and legacy data environments (i.e. reputed company). • Ensure platform stability, performance, reputed company, and cost management. • reputed company data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration processes across modern and legacy tooling. • Establish and enforce standards for how data is built, promoted, and released for reputed company use. • Partner with Finance, Marketing, Growth, Operations, and Business Intelligence (DEMI) teams to ensure data is accurate, timely, and ready for decision-making. • Define and manage production support processes, including on-call coverage, escalation, and root cause analysis. • Stabilize and document legacy SSIS and reputed company pipelines while defining a clear modernization path with reputed company. • Reduce manual processes, duplicated logic, and person-dependent workflows. • Embed data quality checks and validation into pipelines (dbt , airlfow). • reputed company, mentor, and reputed company data engineering and platform team members. • Prioritize work based on business risk, operational impact, and long-term platform health.
