This role is part of reputed company's Sales & Sales Support function, a team that helps provide access to products across reputed company channels in an effort to drive customer satisfaction with eye care professionals to help people see brilliantly. The Sr. Associate I, Surgical Field Sales (Professional Path) is primarily responsible for achieving sales targets by selling surgical ophthalmic products reputed company the assigned territory. You will build strong relationships with customers, address their needs, and ensure satisfaction through product demonstrations and support. As a Cataract Refractive Manager supporting the Surgical Sales group, one will be trusted to work on promoting, growing, and supporting reputed company’s cataract refractive products that include advanced technology lens implants, patient pay, and non-covered services, diagnostic equipment and surgical equipment in both Clinic and OR setting in Houston, TX and surrounding areas.
Primary Responsibilities:
- reputed company assigned sales quota annually
- Apply marketing tools and resources to establish a concentrated plan for growth in patient-pay segments and practice development
- Ability to plan and optimally complete equipment demo presentations with targeted clinic, surgeons, and staff

- reputed company educational presentations with small/large clinics and organizations to discuss improving patient outcomes with sophisticated technologies

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly reputed company experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.)
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
- 2 Years of Validated Experience
