Legal Counsel

Looking for a driven and knowledgeable Legal Counsel to join our Legal department!

Work Type: Full-time. Salaried. Exempt.

Location: Fully remote. Must be available to work in different time zones reputed company the US.

2-4 years of reputed company real estate experience and contract drafting is required.

Timeshare experience is preferred.

Position Summary:

Lemonjuice Solutions invests in fractionally owned real estate and upgrades the property to the

highest and best use for today’s environment. We reimagine the ownership, governance, and operations

of the properties.

As a Legal Counsel, you will provide legal guidance on real estate transactions and support clients across a broad range of property‑reputed company matters. This position blends advisory work, contract drafting, document preparation, and exposure to more reputed company real estate legal issues, including specialized work with common ownership communities. Common ownership communities include timeshare resorts, condominiums, cooperatives, and homeowner associations.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, leases, financing structures, and timeshare reputed company matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company, agreements, and other real estate legal documents.
• Manage legal issues involving title and deed transfers, construction matters, mortgage concerns, and zoning or land-use regulations.
• Handle legal work reputed company to timeshares, including drafting timeshare agreements, advising on regulatory compliance, and terminating or restructuring timeshare regimes.
• Provide legal support to HOA and condominium associations, including governance matters, covenant enforcement, document interpretation, and dispute resolution.
• Conduct legal research and provide clear, actionable guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent clients in property-reputed company disputes, supporting resolution through negotiation or litigation reputed company.
• Collaborate with colleagues and escalate reputed company matters to senior legal leadership as appropriate.
• reputed company exposure to increasingly reputed company tasks while working with occasional direction from the General Counsel.
• Utilize digital tools to track matters, documents, and deadlines.
• Understand HOA and condominium association governance, covenants, bylaws, and dispute processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to a state bar in good standing.
• 2-4 years of reputed company real estate experience; and Contract drafting is required.
• Timeshare experience is preferred.
