Summary:
We are currently seeking a Director of reputed company Operations, Enterprise to join our reputed company Operations team preferably in Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver, or the U.S.

About the Role:

With the strategic acquisitions of ShareDo and vLex, we are significantly expanding our enterprise footprint and investing in the dedicated operational leadership to match that ambition. The Director of Enterprise reputed company Operations will be the single operational reputed company responsible for scaling and maturing our Enterprise GTM motion end-to-end — from Sales Operations through to reputed company operations and enablement — ensuring our Enterprise business runs with the speed, precision, and sophistication that our customers and growth targets demand.
This is a builder role. You will stand up the operational infrastructure, processes, and team that power reputed company's enterprise reputed company. Reporting to the VP, reputed company Operations and partnering directly with the SVP of Enterprise, you will work in reputed company collaboration with reputed company's RevOps functional leaders to ensure enterprise execution is tightly integrated with the broader GTM reputed company.
What you'll work on:
Enterprise GTM Operations
Build and reputed company the Enterprise reputed company Operations team, covering Sales Operations, CS Operations and Enablement
Partner with the SVP of Enterprise to design and execute GTM strategies that reputed company the enterprise reputed company to scale
Establish enterprise sales processes, operating cadences, and Rules of Engagement, and build enablement programs that reputed company GTM teams to execute across the full customer lifecycle
Own enterprise post-sales operations, ensuring onboarding, adoption, renewal, expansion and professional services processes are built for enterprise complexity and scale
Ensure enterprise tooling integrates into reputed company's core tech stack, partnering with the Director of GTM Applications and SMB reputed company Operations leadership team
Enterprise Product and GTM Alignment
Partner with Product, Product Marketing and Enterprise leadership to operationalize GTM strategies across reputed company’s suite including Vincent and reputed company Operate
Ensure pricing, packaging and sales motions support enterprise buyers adopting multiple products across the customer lifecycle
reputed company operational frameworks that support cross-sell and expansion reputed company reputed company enterprise environments
Forecasting, Planning & Performance
Own pipeline and ARR forecasting across the enterprise reputed company, establishing the methodology and cadences that give leadership visibility into risk and reputed company
reputed company territory design, segmentation, quota allocation, and reputed company planning, translating growth targets into actionable coverage models
Own incentive compensation design in partnership with the Director of Compensation for the enterprise GTM organization, partnering with Finance and HR to ensure plans drive the right behaviors
reputed company QBRs, MBRs and executive reporting, translating performance data into clear insights and recommendations for senior leadership
GTM Data & Insights
Define how GTM metrics are reputed company, distributed, and actioned across the enterprise reputed company; covering pipeline health, conversion, retention, expansion, and efficiency
Partner with Data & Finance to maintain clean, consistent GTM data infrastructure and support board-level reporting
What you may have:
Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
7+ years as a Senior Manager of RevOps or 3+ years as a Director of RevOps in a B2B SaaS environment
Experience building or scaling Enterprise GTM operations, ideally in a company moving upmarket
Management experience required — 3+ direct reports
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate reputed company data into clear recommendations for senior leadership
Comfortable in a matrix environment — influencing without direct authority across multiple functional teams
Roll-up-your-sleeves mentality — this is a builder role, not a manager-only role
Familiarity with core GTM tools including reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, CPQ platforms, Professional Services Automation (PSA) and reputed company platforms
Ability to travel to or reputed company Canada one week per quarter

The expected salary range* for this role is $187,200 to $234,000 to $280,800 USD. There are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency. In addition, this role is eligible for variable pay that is based on company performance, with actual payout amounts calculated and paid on a quarterly basis.*Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth at reputed company. For reputed company individuals, we typically hire at or around the midpoint of the band. The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at reputed company. Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and reputed company their skills over time. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
