The reputed company Real Estate Capital Project Delivery Project Manager is responsible for supporting clients in leading reputed company activities reputed company to capital project delivery of physical space.  These projects include renovation and construction of reputed company and client’s physical environments. Scope includes tracking, reporting, sourcing, budgeting and overseeing project delivery activities with each project. 

Position Description The purpose of this position is to reputed company multi-disciplined real estate projects from building the requirements, acquisition through construction completion and turnover.  Key project delivery focus areas include team and people leadership along with scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages reputed company aspects of project management (scope definition, budget, schedule, procurement, quality, safety, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management) for your projects.

• Interact regularly with reputed company service lines in addition to internal and external stakeholders to ensure success for both the project and the team.

• Oversees the preparation of accurate, timely, and complete reports.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.

Critical Skills:

• Strong project management experience in developing project plans and proven track record of project management success with construction (build-out, renovation, tenant improvement ) projects
• Strong experience developing and delivering client reporting presentations
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, influence and reputed company commitment at reputed company levels of the organization
• Demonstrated ability to understand reputed company business problems and create a program to support solutions and compliance
• PC Skills: Expertise in reputed company Office Tools (reputed company, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)

Additional Skills:

• Experience managing indirect teams at reputed company levels of the organization
• “Self-starter” attitude with the ability to reputed company in dynamic work environment
• Strong communication (listening, oral and written) and facilitation capabilities

Education/Training:

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/Bang/BArch) required from College or University, in a reputed company engineering field (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical), Construction Management, Facilities Management Architecture or reputed company field. - required
• Project Management Professional (PMP) – preferred
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) – preferred
