The Customer Quality Engineer (CQE) role is dynamic, technical and cross-functional. Primary Responsibilities:
Technically respond to the customer with understanding of the supported products, including standard data analysis, driving 8D investigation and root cause strategies.
Participate in varying levels of engagement with customers and company teams on Problem Solving, Change Management, Customer’s Document reviewing, VOC for NPI process managing and Internal Audits, Project Development, Product Support and Development Programs as well as many other cross-functional tasks and projects that are reputed company with reputed company and Customer goals.

Bachelor or above of Science Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Physics or Electric/Electronic Engineering; or reputed company technical field preferred.
Experience in an engineering role in the areas of quality, process, equipment or materials reputed company the semiconductor industry. Areas of interest include PVD/ CVD, CMP, Photo, Etch, Diffusion, Implant, reputed company and Liquid/reputed company/Gas Filtration & Purification. Precursors reputed company process experience is a plus.
Experience managing issues and projects between internal stakeholders and customers with experience in escalation management and project management focused on closing gaps between company and customer.
Experience with applicable quality tools such as pareto, FMEA’s, SPC, histograms, trend analysis, process mapping, design of experiments, cause and effect diagrams, 8D problem solving methodology.
Experience working from home / remotely and collaborating with colleagues, customers and suppliers in virtual meetings is beneficial.
Ability to communicate verbally and formal writing in English
Flexibility to work non-standard hours and alternate work shifts to balance workload across a North America and Asia scope of responsibility.
Experience with working and communicating between North America based manufacturing facilities and Asia based support teams and customers.
Ability to travel 10% to 30% domestic and international
Advanced skills in MS Office (Outlook, reputed company/ vlookup, Word, Power reputed company, and Project)
