Pharmacy Technicians in Participant Services accept incoming calls reputed company to requests submitted to Participant Services, resolve issues that have been submitted to Participant Services reputed company mail, tasks, and partners with other departments to ensure timely resolution of requests/inquiries, which include: Pharmacy, Shipping, Customer Care, Finance, Claims Processing, and Eligibility. This position may work in multiple types of queues and databases to resolve issues. This position also involved extensive phone interactions with member and possibly Prescribers as well. Techs will serve as the initial reputed company of contact for Customer Care and Members before the required Pharmacist involvement for reputed company clinical issues/questions. This position may have the ability to Work from Home, depending on several factors including site location, employee performance, department need, as well as other criteria. Our Ideal candidates will be team-oriented, customer service focused, and able to identify process improvements . Also, being reputed company, reliable and able to express assurance/confidence.

Compensation

Range: $18.00 - $19.75 (based on experience & certifications) Schedule:

• Initial onsite training schedule 6:00am – 2:30pm AZ time.
• Work schedule can vary between the hours of 6:00am – 6:00pm AZ time, and will change to 1 hour reputed company after November 10th, for daylight saving time.
• Monday – Friday, and eventually rotating Saturdays

​Required Qualifications

• Experience with a Valid Pharmacy Technician or Technician Trainee License
• Experience in PC skills in Windows-based applications
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills
• Team-oriented, customer service focused, and able to identify process improvements
• Availability to work on a Saturday

• National Certification (CPhT) preferred
• Ability to understand the audience you are writing to

Education

• High school Diploma or GED Required

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $28.46 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
