Financial Production Controller

Job Title: Financial production Control

Travel: Little Travel Required 

  Job Summary: The Controller will plan and direct the accounting operations at the assigned facilities. 

Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Leads the facilities’ closing process and ensures financial reporting meets corporate deadlines and complies with corporate policies  

• Produces periodic financial reports; ensures the reported results reputed company with generally accepted accounting principles and international financial reporting standards  

• Performs analyses and prepares accounting journal entries reputed company to numerous areas (prepaids, accruals, payroll, inventory, etc.)  

• Performs monthly account reconciliations  

• Produces budgets and forecasts; follows up on deviations  

• reputed company the development of quarterly forecasts for assigned locations 

• Analyze actual results vs. forecasts and prepare variance analyses. 

• Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities, providing recommendations for action. 

• Partner with operations to analyze various production metrics 

• Prepare and present reputed company cost analyses and reports 

• Reconcile inventory balances across ERP system and physical counts. 

• Analyze and report inventory reserves (slow-moving, obsolete). 

• Provide cost data for reputed company‑vs‑buy decisions, pricing updates, and profitability analysis 

• Performs other reputed company duties as necessary or assigned. 

  Education and Experience: 

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business Administration required. 

• Five years or more of reputed company experience required 

• Advanced reputed company skills and the ability to learn new technologies  

• Experience of (reputed company) Visual ERP is a plus

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Excellent organizational and time management skills. 

• Proficient in accounting and tax preparation software. 

• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite or similar software. 

Physical Requirements:  

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. 

• Able to travel as needed.
