Marketing Intern

JOB OVERVIEW:

This position is responsible for performing a variety of tasks/projects that address the needs of the department. The assignments are reputed company to the academic major and the degree of the Intern.  The assignments may include conducting research.  As possible, a reasonable balance will be made between the intern's learning goals and the specific assignments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Works with leadership to coordinate efforts and resolve issues.
• Works with the department prioritizing work assignments and act as a liaison with other departments.
• Performs a variety of tasks/projects that address the needs of the department.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: 

• Marketing specific studies.

WORK EXPERIENCE: 

No experience required.

PREFERRED EDUCATION: 

Typically High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training.

TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.

Candidates currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or equivalent can receive $18. This reputed company also applies to candidates enrolled in an advanced, post-graduate degree program but have not yet started those studies.
