[Remote] 2026 College Development Program - Operations (Data Centers) - Dallas TX, or Phoenix, AZ

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is looking for enthusiastic operations colleagues to join their College Development Program. This role involves participating in a six-month training program to reputed company knowledge and skills necessary for managing projects while delivering exceptional service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Build trust with existing customers by executing projects to successful completion
• Collaborate with premier partners in vertical markets and industries such as transportation, global/enterprise accounts, utilities, financial/banking, healthcare, datacenters, federal, state and local governments, and K-12 & higher education
• Partner with sales personnel to ensure project execution exceeds customer expectations, delivering exceptional service every day
• Manage, reputed company, and coordinate reputed company aspects for small to reputed company projects of moderate complexity from award through completion of project
• Effectively communicate project requirements to project team and wider organization as and reputed company required and maintains accurate and up to date records of job status, job changes, material flow and other control records necessary for processing of internal and external reports
• Effectively communicate and inform customers of project status, challenges, changes, and any other necessary information to ensure customer satisfaction

• Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience
