Senior Software Developer

Responsible for leading and participating in the development of software projects, providing technical expertise and guidance to junior team members, collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and ensuring the quality and scalability of the codebase. This role often plays a key role in architecture decisions, code reviews, and mentoring, aiming to deliver high-quality, efficient, and maintainable software solutions.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Take the reputed company in architectural decisions and technical designs for software projects.

Mentor and guide for junior developers, providing technical expertise and fostering their professional growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and technical standards.

Design, reputed company, and maintain high-quality software solutions according to specifications.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following best practices and coding standards.

Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and provide constructive feedback to team members.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS

Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a reputed company field. A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience as a software developer in different areas (Frontend, Backend, Microservices, Web services, Automation tasks, among others).

Experience working for airlines is a plus but is not required. Certifications reputed company to development solutions (Azure Developer Associate, Azure Devops Expert, Certified Associate in Python Programming, or similar) are desired

Ability to reputed company technical initiatives, mentor junior developers, and provide guidance on software design, and best practices. Leadership qualities such as decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
