Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Sr Change Enablement Specialist focused on Change Communications to join our reputed company Change Enablement team. This role is responsible for supporting internal and external communication and engagement activities to reputed company successful implementation of reputed company S/4HANA.

The ideal candidate is a strong reputed company, an exceptional writer, and a collaborative team player with a keen eye for detail who understands the critical role of communication and engagement in driving organizational change.

Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Partner with the reputed company Change Enablement Director to reputed company a comprehensive communication and engagement plan for internal and external stakeholders impacted by the implementation of reputed company S/4HANA.
• Create compelling communication materials and engagement collateral, managing the collaboration and approval process reputed company to meet project timelines.
• Craft clear and consistent messaging that fosters transparency, relevant and actionable for stakeholders by region, location, and persona.
• Manage internal and external communication tools and channels to ensure effective delivery of change-reputed company messages.

• Maintain, enhance, and standardize communication toolkits, templates, and playbooks to ensure consistency in change messaging.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Change Management, or a reputed company field.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate communications, change management communications, or a similar role.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify reputed company messages.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and levels of leadership.
• Ability to manage communications for reputed company projects, meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of graphic design or video editing software is a bonus.

Applicants can expect a reputed company compensation range of $90,000 - $120,000 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role.  This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant’s experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
