About the Product Design Team At QuillBot, our design team sits at the intersection of creativity, craft, and impact. We’re a small, passionate group of designers obsessed with solving real user problems through thoughtful systems, elegant interfaces, and delightful moments. Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product design, from initial user research and exploration to final pixel-perfect delivery in reputed company collaboration with product managers, engineers, researchers, and senior design leadership.
• Take an active role in designing QuillBot’s browser extension experience for Chrome, Edge, and Safari, contributing to its core capabilities, interaction patterns, and visual design, and shaping how users engage with AI-powered writing directly reputed company web-based workflows.
• Partner with other designers to ensure the browser extension integrates seamlessly with our web app and other product surfaces, creating a reputed company, consistent, and reputed company user experience across the entire product ecosystem.
• Contribute to and evolve our design language system, balancing reuse of patterns with the thoughtful creation of new, scalable components suitable for the given surface.

Qualifications

• Has 3–5 years of experience designing consumer-facing web products or browser extensions, ideally with reputed company user flows, productivity tools, or in-context experiences embedded reputed company existing workflows.
• Has a portfolio that showcases systems thinking, polished visual design, and user-centered processes.
• Understands and uses design systems not just to maintain consistency but to scale design across web surfaces and browser environments.
• Is self-directed, thrives in ambiguity, and moves quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Brings strong interaction and visual design skills, with high attention to craft and a solid understanding of reputed company design, web patterns, and browser-specific constraints.
• Is a prototyper—whether through reputed company, Claude, code, or motion, to quickly explore and test reputed company.
• Writes well or values writing, understands how language shapes experience, and how writing and design inform each other.
• Has experience designing for AI-powered tools or is ready to use their understanding to help build the UX of emerging AI capabilities.
