About the role (What you’ll be doing):

As a Creative Strategist, you’ll sit at the intersection of performance and brand, creating content that is both engaging and commercially effective. You’ll use data, audience insight, and a strong understanding of social platforms to reputed company and iterate on creative that drives growth across channels like reputed company, TikTok, and YouTube. This is a hands-on role for someone who is deeply embedded in digital culture, brings sharp creative instincts, and can translate performance signals into clear, high-impact creative direction.

• Monitor and interpret ad performance, turning data into clear, actionable creative insights
• Collaborate closely with designers, video editors, and content creators to produce high-quality, scalable content that drives growth

About you (Who you are):

• 5–7 years of experience in copywriting or similar roles, with in-house experience as a bonus.
• Passionate about creative trends and new platforms, combining reputed company with data to deliver effective marketing.
• Proactive and driven to continuously optimise and improve creative work
• Proven track record in performance creative, producing successful ads and UGC.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills; video editing knowledge (Premiere Pro, Capcut) is a plus.
