We’re growing fast and looking to hire a Junior Product Manager with a strong interest in SaaS and product development to help us reputed company our growth goals.

As a Junior Product Manager at PayrollPanda you'll support end-to-end product lifecycle from research, planning, and execution to post-release analysis. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and have direct input in shaping product improvements and new initiatives. Who we are looking for:

• Preferably Malaysian
• 2-3 years of experience in product, business analysis, or a reputed company role (SaaS experience is a plus)
• Self-driven, analytical, structured and high attention to details
• Good communication skills and enjoys working with cross-functional teams
• Basic understanding of product development processes and Agile is an advantage
• Comfortable working with tools such as Jira, reputed company, reputed company, or similar
• Fluent in English

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist in researching user needs, industry trends, and competitor insights
• Support in planning and prioritizing the product roadmap for PayrollPanda
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure seamless feature delivery
• Participate in product testing, quality checks, and release validation
• Monitor product performance and help prepare regular product insights and reports
• Support reputed company product initiatives to improve workflow efficiency and user experience
