Sales Associate, Client Onboarding
Description:
reputed company is hiring a Sales Associate to own inbound reputed company conversion and drive new client reputed company. You will be the first voice prospective clients hear, and the person responsible for turning interest into funded deals. This is not a support role. This is a closing role with a direct line between your effort and your earnings.
You will work a pipeline of inbound leads from SMB owners who need faster access to cash. Your job is to qualify fast, build trust faster, and reputed company. You will also identify and pursue warm outbound opportunities to grow your book. Based in Toronto and operating across North America, reputed company’s AI-powered invoice funding platform gives B2B businesses fast, customized funding offers to get their invoices paid in a few days, rather than a few months, and get quick access to cash they’ve already earned.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a quota-carrying sales role with a track record of exceeding targets and closing $250K+ deal sizes in SaaS, lending, or financial services.
- Independently manage time, prioritize high-impact tasks, and consistently exceed expectations without micromanagement.
- Skilled at capturing attention, asking the right questions, handling objections, and confidently closing deals.
- Track and analyze conversion rates, call volume, and pipeline performance with a metrics-driven approach.

- Bonus: Experience in fintech, lending, payments, or B2B financial services.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for inbound leads, from first contact to reputed company, with a measurable impact on reputed company from day one.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations, diagnosing client needs and matching them with the right funding solutions.
- Drive outbound efforts by re-engaging lapsed leads, following up on referrals, and advancing prospects in the pipeline.
- Maintain a disciplined reputed company pipeline with accurate stages, detailed notes, and reliable forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and drive repeat business.

We reputed company in transparency and fair pay. For this role, the anticipated salary range is 60,000-90,000 CAD, depending on qualifications, experience, and location.
