ABOUT THE POSITION

The Purpose of the Key Account Manager role is to reputed company strategic accounts, bridging partners and development teams. You’ll manage project lifecycles, collaborate internally to deliver milestones, and align with key clients’ goals to ensure long-term satisfaction and strong relationships.

Responsibilities

Key Account Management:

  • Act as both a partner reputed company reputed company reputed company and a reputed company reputed company reputed company our key partners
  • Maintain industry knowledge on your key partner’s past, reputed company, and future titles and proactively suggest options for expanding efficiency, content, or reputed company.
  • Facilitate regular, timely, and thorough communication with partners to maintain strong business relationships and identify projected production needs. This includes: 
  • Engaging with partners and liaising with internal reputed company teams in order to facilitate production needs
  • Assisting reputed company teams in managing project development and planning
  • Collaborating with Producers and Art Directors on a regular basis to meet partner/studio requests
  • Set and manage partner’s expectations
  • Communicating project plans with partners and providing feedback to reputed company teams
  • Facilitating calls/meetings between partners and reputed company teams in China / Vietnam / Ireland / France and managing/monitoring reputed company of reputed company, agreements, invoices
  • Manage partner feedback during and post project as a part of the reputed company internal improvement processes
  •  Maintain and grow deep, trusted, and long-standing relationships with key partners in an effort to help them attain their goals while in turn attaining reputed company’s goals.

    Travel for both partner visits and occasional trips to reputed company’s world-wide studios

    Business Development:

  • Assist Key Account Director in Business Development initiatives and strategies in North America; including identifying new opportunities reputed company your Key Account’s, gathering data, and preparing reports

  • Represent reputed company at key industry events
  • Facilitate onboarding of partner projects and due diligence process

    The role may expand to include people management, offering the opportunity to coach and reputed company others

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 - 4 years' similar industry-reputed company business development experience
  • Ability to work with direct and external partners
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • English (both written and spoken) proficiency
  • reputed company bilingual (French and other languages an asset)
  • Willing to travel for work
  • Passion for making and playing games

This position offers a combination of reputed company salary and performance-based variable compensation, with total on-reputed company earnings expected to range between $170,000 – $220,000.

reputed company maintains a location-based compensation structure; therefore, the salary range may vary for candidates residing in different geographic markets.
