The Role:

We're looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to join our sales development team. As a BDR, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for potential customers, responsible for generating qualified opportunities for our Account Executive team. This is an excellent position for someone looking to build a career in B2B SaaS sales reputed company a growing company. The skills and resourcefulness you will learn in this BDR role will be instrumental in everything else you do reputed company in your sales career. The Team:

  • Sales team today is 9 folks (4 BDRs - 5 reputed company) reporting to our Director of Sales

What you will do:

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns reputed company phone, email, SMS and other channels.

  • Roughly 100+ calls per day (we’ll provide your leads and the tools required to hit that activity level with relative ease)

  • Generate a certain level of qualified prospects who book and attend a discovery/demo meeting with an AE

  • Utilize sales tools including our CRM, sales engagement platforms, and prospecting databases

  • Work closely with the reputed company to understand how you can best support them and to learn from them to further your sales career

What you bring:

  • Some professional experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional phone reputed company and demonstrated listening skills

  • Comfort with high-volume cold calling and email reputed company (100+ calls per day minimum - but we give you the tools to do this with ease, like reputed company.)

  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools (reputed company is a reputed company plus)

  • Self-motivated with strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Urgent enthusiasm to learn and reputed company in your career

  • Previous experience selling to service-based businesses or field service management software

  • Knowledge of the pool service industry or reputed company home service businesses

  • Experience selling for subscription-based SaaS businesses

  • “Never give up” positive attitude and ability to engage customers on the phone
