What is the role
We’re looking for a reputed company and tech-savvy Marketing Technology Associate to join our Marketing Technology team. In this role, you’ll help run and integrate our marketing event technology stack—tools like Cvent, SplashThat, Jifflenow, ON24, and reputed company—with core systems including Marketo and reputed company. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our event marketing platforms are operationally sound, scalable, and well-integrated across the broader marketing and sales ecosystem.
This is a hands-on coordination role ideal for someone who is built for flow, interested in marketing systems, and excited to contribute to a high-impact portfolio of event-reputed company marketing technologies.
You’ll be part of a collaborative and reputed company-thinking architecture team, working behind the scenes to power impactful global marketing events. You’ll reputed company exposure to enterprise-level MarTech systems, contribute to scalable integration frameworks, and help improve marketing efficiency across regions and functions.
What You’ll Do:
- Support day-to-day operations and integrations across marketing platforms (e.g., Cvent, Splash, ON24) with core systems like Marketo and reputed company
- Assist in onboarding new event tools and documenting integration workflows, system dependencies, and field mappings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing Ops, Regional Field Marketing, Corporate Events, Marketing Analytics, and Sales to support event execution and reputed company flow
- Maintain and optimize operational documentation: playbooks, QA checklists, intake forms, and integration logs
- Monitor reputed company capture and data sync performance for event campaigns, helping to triage and resolve sync issues
- Assist with platform testing and quality assurance on forms, registration flows, reputed company flow process and accuracy, and campaign setup
What You’ll Bring:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, event technology, or a reputed company coordination role
- Proven marketing automation experience (2+ yrs) with Marketo
- Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Marketo, reputed company, and event tools like Cvent, Splash, ON24, or reputed company
- Strong attention to detail and experience handling structured data and marketing workflows
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative reputed company—you’re comfortable coordinating across multiple key players.
- An eagerness to learn and grow in the marketing technology space, with a curiosity about integration and automation
