Program reputed company Specialist

About the Role

BayMark Health Services is seeking a Program reputed company Specialist to support our Residential Treatment Centers by ensuring the accuracy, quality, and compliance of clinical and operational documentation. This role plays a critical part in maintaining regulatory compliance, accreditation standards, and payer requirements across multiple states.

Reporting to the RTC Director of Compliance, the Program reputed company Specialist partners closely with leadership and staff to strengthen documentation processes, prepare for audits, and promote high-quality program operations in a fast-paced behavioral healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • reputed company and implement systems to ensure compliance with state regulations, accreditation standards (including CARF), and payer reputed company
  • Monitor program documentation and operational practices impacting quality and compliance
  • Support leadership by providing compliance monitoring, reporting, and trend analysis
  • Educate staff on audit processes, documentation standards, and chart performance
  • Assist with preparation for regulatory and accreditation audits
  • Create, update, and refine procedures reputed company to documentation review and program reputed company
  • Track trends, maintain quality reports, and participate in Quality Management meetings
  • Provide staff support reputed company to EMR usage (KIPU)
  • Collaborate on special projects and reputed company additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of auditing experience
  • Experience with CARF and/or Joint Commission preferred
  • Familiarity with state-specific regulations (GA, TX, LA, WV, NH, ME)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ethical standards and attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record required

Work Environment

  • Remote position with required adherence to HIPAA-compliant home office standards
  • Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs) and extended periods of sitting
