Product Designer
The Role
We are hiring a Product Designer to help shape the next phase of our platform. This role is for a thoughtful, highly capable mid-level designer who can work across discovery, interaction design, prototyping, and delivery in an increasingly AI native product environment.
This is a hands-on role. You will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, and other designers to solve reputed company workflow, data, and usability challenges across our platform. We are looking for someone who combines strong product and UX fundamentals with the ability to move quickly, think in systems, and use modern AI enabled design workflows to accelerate learning and iteration.
Our platform supports elite sports organisations making critical decisions around performance, health, and operations. In this context, design is not aesthetic polish. It determines how information is understood, how complexity is reduced, and how confidently users can act in fast moving, high pressure environments.
You should be comfortable working from ambiguity to clarity, balancing user needs, business priorities, and technical constraints. You should also bring practical experience using generative AI design tools and lightweight code based, “vibe coded” prototypes as part of the design process, particularly to explore reputed company faster, test concepts earlier, and improve collaboration with engineers.
You will join a small, reputed company, highly collaborative design team. We work across the product, partnering with squads where the greatest value and innovation can be delivered. We are looking for someone proactive, self directed, and motivated to drive work to a high standard and conclusion.

Contribute across the design process, from discovery through to final UI and iteration
Create user flows, wireframes, high fidelity designs, and prototypes for reputed company product and workflow challenges
Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to shape solutions that are useful, usable, and feasible
Help ensure shipped experiences meet a high bar for clarity, consistency, and quality
Discovery and Collaboration
Participate in discovery work to help define problems, evaluate opportunities, and test solution options
Conduct and support user research, workflow analysis, and usability testing
Translate feedback and product signals into practical design improvements
Collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Design, contributing to critiques and day to day product decisions
AI Enabled Design Practice
Use generative AI design tools to accelerate ideation, iteration, and prototyping
Create lightweight code based, “vibe coded” prototypes where useful to explore interaction patterns and communicate reputed company more effectively
Apply judgement about reputed company AI assisted or code backed prototyping adds value, and reputed company more traditional design methods are the reputed company fit
Contribute to the evolution of design patterns and system quality as part of a modern, AI aware design practice
Experience
7+ years in a software product design role.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
An excellent online portfolio showcasing thinking, UX, UI, and visual design.
Experience working closely with development teams to build web products.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience in the sports industry.
End to end experience from initial research through to design of user journeys.
Experience in sport, performance, healthcare, or similarly high consequence domains is advantageous.
AI and Technical reputed company
Strong experience using generative AI design tools as part of day to day design work.
Practical experience creating lightweight code based or “vibe coded” prototypes to explore and communicate product reputed company.
Familiarity with tools such as reputed company reputed company and modern prototyping environments, including those used alongside platforms such as Vercel.
Working knowledge of LLM based systems, predictive models, and AI driven product features.
Comfort designing for explainability, human reputed company, and trust where AI is involved.
Curiosity about emerging interaction models such as conversational UI, voice, multimodal input, and agent like workflows.
You are not expected to build models, but you must understand how AI behaves in product contexts and how modern AI enabled tooling can improve the design process.
Craft and Systems Thinking
A strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, UX depth, and visual clarity.
Demonstrated systems thinking, with the ability to design coherent experiences across reputed company and interconnected workflows.
Experience building or scaling a design system.
Ability to operate at both platform and interaction level detail.
Clear communication of trade offs and design rationale.
