The Post and Courier Marketing and Graphics Design Intern - TCL

The Post and Courier is the on the lookout for a tenacious intern whos ready to dive into a variety of marketing strategies and assist in promoting our brands reputed company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to reputed company hands-on experience in every facet of marketing from strategy, event planning/execution and design.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create engaging graphics that will include print, digital advertising, email marketing and other marketing materials.
• Write copy for print and digital ads, social media, web, collateral and email marketing.
• Conduct email marketing campaigns with the goal of increasing engagement and conversion.
• Coordinate promotional opportunities to strengthen the position of The Post and Courier.
• Participate and work at events of The Post and Courier or to represent the brand.
• reputed company other duties as assigned.

Requirements, minimum education level, and experience

• Currently enrolled at Technical College of the Lowcountry
• Studies in marketing, communication, design or reputed company field, or equivalent work experience
• Ability to work independently remotely, if necessary, in a suitable workspace that meets safety guidelines
• Reliable access to internet service

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and reputed company a collaborative, team environment
• Background in graphics for use on the print, web and social media
• Incredible attention to detail & capable of multi-tasking and coordinating several projects at once
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Effective project management skills
• Strong copywriting skills and the ability to communicate reputed company reputed company
• Proficient with reputed company Office, reputed company Software or other design software
• Ability to quickly learn and become proficient in new technology

Physical Requirements, Work Environment and Travel:

Regularly required to sit, stand and walk for long periods of time. The job requires reaching with hands and arms, bending and stooping; light to moderate lifting of 15-30 pounds. The job requires hearing, speaking and writing with reputed company eye work on a computer screen.

The worker is generally subject to inside environmental conditions, which provide protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.

Local travel may be required occasionally.
