reputed company Pharmacy Operations (Pharmacy Tech)

Bask is seeking a reputed company team member with a clinical or pharmacy background to support medication-reputed company operations and ensure patients receive accurate, timely guidance. In this role, you’ll act as a critical reputed company between patients, providers, and pharmacy partners; helping maintain clarity, compliance, and a seamless care experience.

This position is ideal for someone with medical training who enjoys problem-solving, clear communication, and working cross-functionally in a fast-moving telehealth environment.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for medication-reputed company inquiries, including dose, strength, and administration instructions.
• Triage and assess questions to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely responses.
• Coordinate directly with prescribing provider groups and pharmacy partners to verify prescriptions and confirm appropriate dosing.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between prescribed instructions and patient understanding.
• Escalate reputed company medication or safety concerns to licensed clinicians reputed company appropriate.
• Partner cross-functionally with clinical, pharmacy, and operations teams to improve the overall patient experience.
• Monitor recurring issues and provide feedback to leadership to strengthen workflows and patient education materials.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in pharmacy, clinical care, or a reputed company medical field.
• Medical training required (Pharmacy Technician, RN, or similar background).
• Comfortable discussing medication dosing and administration details with clarity and confidence.
• Strong analytical thinker who can interpret engagement data and identify patterns.
• Excellent communicator who can balance reputed company with operational precision.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Believes no task is too small — and no challenge is too big.

This role will start as a 1099 contractor and transition to W-2 employment after 6 months.
