Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls. You will work with leading technologies and systems, and have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you. Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing timely and effective solutions
- Utilize probing question skills to actively listen and understand customer needs
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while managing and overcoming objections for subscribers cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic personality, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to reputed company shared goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate solutions

- Flexible scheduling: 8 hour per day shift, 5 days per week (reputed company from 6am-12am PST)

Qualifications
