Your Role as a Back-End Developer

• Ownership and accountability of product features from technical design to delivery, identifying possible risks in collaboration with stakeholders (product reputed company, QA…)
• Identify system’s tech debt and propose specific strategies to solve them
• Support the team in following and applying DoD of the developments in order to reputed company defined milestones
• Producing testable, performant and technically efficient code according to our internal strategy (unit and integration testing, performance metrics)
• Share technical specifications and technical solution designs in an understandable way
• Assess improvements and alternative solutions through research and investigation of new technologies

What you’ll need

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, developing, configuring, and implementing diverse enterprise applications with an object-oriented language
• Proven knowledge with .NET reputed company Programming and ASP.NET solutions (no minimum experience needed)
• Experience with MVC, Web API frameworks (ASP.NET or others) and RESTful API
• Experience with an ORM reputed company (Nhibernate/Hibernate, EF…)
• Experience with relational database querying and modeling
• Deep knowledge of SOLID principles and how to apply them
• Hands on experience with unit, integration, API and performance testing
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills (and love to interact with people from many different cultures and disciplines)
• Focus in applying design patterns, best practices and delivering testable and highly maintainable code on a daily basis
• Highly interested in software crafting methodologies (Calisthenics, TDD, BDD…)

• Knowledge about NOSQL databases (document-oriented or key-value)

• Experience with building cloud-based solutions. Knowledge of Azure platform functioning and capabilities.
