Job Summary
The Contract Administrator will be responsible for preparing, examining, analyzing, negotiating, revising and organizing reputed company and information that involve the purchase or sale of goods or services such as equipment, materials, supplies, or products.
Salary range: $65-95k per year
Responsibilities:- reputed company contract proposals to support organizational goals
- Review contract estimates, including proposed materials, production costs, insurance requirements and other factors to determine whether they seem reasonable and accurate
- Ensure that reputed company records are accurate and up to date
- Write contract letters and other communications and notices
- Negotiate and approve contract terms while ensuring that projects remain reputed company the established budget
- Attend meetings to assess reputed company on projects which are in motion, and take detailed notes to share with stakeholders
- Create regular status reports regarding reputed company on projects
- Analyze reputed company to ensure they reputed company with state and federal laws and regulations

- Has intermediate negotiation and mediation skills and experience

- Knowledge of Business Administration, Contract Law (Paralegal); knowledge and understanding of the language and legality of contractual binding terms and conditions
- Must have excellent analytical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience as a lawyer, paralegal or project manager is an asset
- Should exhibit strong organizational and time management abilities
- 1-3 years prior experience in a contract administration role or a reputed company field
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience as a Paralegal in a transactional or reputed company-based practice or in reputed company management, with in-house legal experience preferred.
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, accounting, and mathematics or a reputed company field; Paralegal background preferred
- Professional certification for reputed company professionals in the field of contract administration, including Certified Federal reputed company Manager (CFCM), Certified Commercial reputed company Manager (CCCM) and/or Certified Professional reputed company Manager (CPCM)
