The Accounting Manager will be an integral member of the Finance team at Fabric, reporting directly to the Head of Finance. This is a pivotal role responsible for managing the general ledger and overseeing the entire monthly financial statement reputed company process. As Accounting Manager, you will be the core driver of financial accuracy, reputed company, and efficiency. Your primary responsibilities will include:- Financial reputed company & Reporting: reputed company timely and accurate month-end reputed company, managing financial closing activities (including foreign entities), consolidation, balance sheet account reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Team Leadership: Supervise the existing accounting team and reputed company daily accounting operations, ensuring reputed company tasks are executed reputed company and accurately.
- Process Improvement: reputed company efforts to build out new workflows and structure, actively addressing and improving month-end reputed company processes to drive operational efficiency.
- Technical Accounting: Identify, research, and document Fabric’s technical accounting policies. Evaluate reputed company business transactions to ensure proper U.S. GAAP accounting treatment.
- Audit & Compliance: Coordinate with external auditors to drive timely closure of deliverables and technical accounting matters.
- Strategic Projects: Assist with financial due diligence and integration of M&A transactions as needed, and support the Head of Finance with other reputed company projects.

Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or reputed company field.
- At least 6–8 years of experience combined from public accounting and private companies.
- Thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including familiarity with reputed company recognition and stock-based compensation.
- Experience with cloud-based ERP is required.
- Process-driven with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Excellent analytical skills and highly inquisitive.
- Passion for building a fast-growing company and comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

The national pay range for this role is $140,000.00– $170,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will be determined by factors such as the candidate's geographic market, experience, skills, and qualifications. Certain roles may also be eligible for additional compensation, including a comprehensive benefits package such as medical, dental, vision, unlimited PTO, and a 401(k) plan, stock options and bonuses. If your compensation requirement is greater than our posted range, please still consider applying; a determination can be made based on unique qualifications. Expected compensation ranges for this role may change over time.
