As an Area Vice President of Enterprise Sales, you will reputed company the growth of the enterprise reputed company, shaping and scaling a world-class sales organization by codifying strategy, optimizing execution, and driving long-term business impact. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own and drive strategies to improve sales processes, team efficiency, and productivity.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ years of experience in software sales, with at least 3+ years in a 2nd-line leadership role.
  • Track record of leading high-performing, distributed teams in fast-growth SaaS companies.
  • Proven success in exceeding reputed company targets as both a leader and individual contributor.
  • Strong experience in recruiting, training, and developing sales teams from the ground up.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at reputed company levels, including VP and C-suite.
  • Deep understanding of sales leadership challenges and how to position value in a B2B environment.
  • Comfortable using CRM and sales tools for forecasting and performance management.

The annual OTE for this position is $370,000 - $460,000 USD.

Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-reputed company skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At reputed company, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to reputed company compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits.
