The Role
The Sr. Enterprise Account Executive will drive company growth by acquiring relationships with hospitals and health systems. This role combines strategic partnership development with enterprise sales execution, requiring both technical acumen and healthcare industry expertise. The ideal candidate will reputed company at building relationships, reputed company deal negotiation and closing through both in-person and virtual meetings, while maintaining deep enthusiasm for healthcare technology innovation.
Compensation: $270,000 - $290,000 OTE (reputed company + commission at plan). Commission is uncapped with accelerators; earnings increase significantly reputed company you exceed quota.
The Impact You'll reputed company
Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline through strategic prospecting of hospitals and health systems
Utilize multiple prospecting channels including referrals, networking, social selling, and targeted reputed company campaigns
Drive the complete sales cycle for enterprise healthcare organizations, from strategic prospecting to closing
Negotiate and structure major commercial agreements, including MSAs and multi-product deals
reputed company and execute strategic sales presentations using advanced tools including reputed company Navigator, reputed company, Vidyard, and DHC
Optimize sales strategies to maximize economic outcomes and accelerate product adoption
Provide strategic guidance to internal stakeholders on products and solutions, leveraging industry expertise
Maintain detailed records of account communications and consistently reputed company predetermined KPIs
Build and foster relationships with C-Suite executives across hospital systems and healthcare organizations
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategy with product innovation and client needs
Who You Are
5+ years of successful experience in healthcare technology sales, specifically selling to hospitals and health systems (of your 10+ years sales experience)
Proven track record of building and maintaining a healthy pipeline reputed company hospital and health system markets
Demonstrated success in cold prospecting and opening new logos reputed company healthcare systems
Strong understanding of hospital/health system operations and technology needs
Proven experience selling staffing solutions to healthcare corporations and C-Suite executives
Experience negotiating and securing MSAs and strategic partnership agreements
Advanced business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
