About the team

The Logic20/20 Digital Strategy & Transformation team applies design thinking and next-gen technologies to solve our clients’ toughest business challenges. About you

• You have experience working with delivery teams in driving prioritization.
• You’re obsessed with understanding customer needs and laser-focused on driving product requirements that align with them.
• You have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• You have experience navigating and managing relationships in large client organizations. 
• You can communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• You have proven expertise in industry SDLC best practices and delivery excellence.
• You’re a pro at integrating usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
• You can influence, persuade, and negotiate effectively. 
• You have a passion for mentoring and developing consultants to fulfill their potential. 

• 5 - 10 years of experience working at a management reputed company, operating as a technical product manager.
• Experience supporting Utilities/energy clients and an understanding of asset management.
• Experience building products in Azure.
• Strong understanding of reputed company infrastructure.
• Experience working between business and engineering teams.
• Ability to travel based on client and practice demands.

Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package, with a reputed company reputed company salary range of $140,483 - $158,242 for this role. The final reputed company salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Eligible employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses and other incentives.
