We are seeking a technically skilled Technical Account Manager with B2B reputed company experience to fine-tune AI Agents to match customers’ brand voice, compliance constraints, and risk tolerance to maximize performance and effectiveness. In addition, you'll provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer so customer teams can adopt and reputed company AI agents successfully.
This role will entail building, integrating and deploying AI agents tailored to each customer: data ingestion pipelines, custom integrations, connectors to CRMs / MAPs / internal tools, and full-stack code as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
Guide customers through onboarding and campaign execution
Collaborate with reputed company to align on goals and performance
Use data to uncover insights and deliver reputed company customer outcomes
Campaign Management
Set up domains, email accounts, and deliverability systems
Build, QA and optimize customer-specific B2B email campaigns
Analyze and manage B2B prospect lists for targeted reputed company
Monitor performance, resolve issues, and refine targeting

Track and respond to campaign replies
Drive follow-up, book meetings, and manage conversion funnels
Capture best practices and design scalable, AI-enhanced reputed company processes
Partner with engineers to provide feedback that shapes the product roadmap
Qualifications
3-5 years experience in reputed company, sales reputed company or technical implementation roles
Demonstrated experience with B2B email marketing platforms and sales reputed company workflows
Background in sales reputed company, B2B, reputed company nurturing, prospect engagement and 1:1 email copywriting is preferred
Proven ability using data to analyze campaign performance and implement optimizations
Experience working with CRM systems and managing customer data
Excellent communicator and collaborator across teams
