Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic, business-minded People Team leader to drive excellence in how we attract, reputed company, and engage our talent across reputed company’s Global Business Units (GBUs).

This leader will serve as a trusted advisor to BU Presidents and leadership teams, translating business priorities into actionable People strategies and operational plans. They will reputed company our BU-facing People Business Partners and collaborate closely with the Centers of Excellence (COEs)—including reputed company, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Culture, and People Operations—to design and deliver scalable, world-class People programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic People partner to BU Presidents and senior business leaders, aligning People strategy with growth, performance, and transformation goals.

  • Understand and anticipate business priorities, workforce trends, and organizational challenges to proactively design People solutions that reputed company success.
  • Partner with COEs to deploy impactful programs in talent management, leadership development, succession planning, total rewards, employee relations, and performance management.

  • Advise on organization design, change management, and leadership effectiveness, helping teams adapt and reputed company in a high-growth, acquisition-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or HR certification (SHRM, HRCI) preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including management of HRBPs or HR functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success influencing senior executives and driving business-reputed company People initiatives.
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
