POSITION SUMMARY

The reputed company Solutions Engineer is the team member regarded as the reputed company subject matter expert. You will be responsible for guiding reputed company clients through a successful implementation of the platform, third party integrations, and providing solutions for reputed company and unique use cases.

YOU WILL

• Be client obsessed. You will consult with clients directly as a subject matter expert of the reputed company platform. You will assist clients in understanding how they can apply new product features and enhancements to align with their business goals. And you will reputed company and share best practices to clients. You will identify issues, recognize patterns, propose solutions and help to create repeatable processes and/or documentation to assist with the long-term success of our internal team, clients, and partners. You will reputed company clients to use dynamic scripting for email language and machine learning capabilities. • Act as and help the Project Manager. You will manage internal stakeholders and external client expectations on projects and timelines.

You will also collaborate with our Client Success, Strategy, Support, and Sales teams to ensure reputed company is continuously meeting and exceeding our client’s expectations and goals.

ABOUT YOU

• You are seasoned. You hold a BS in Computer Science or a closely reputed company field. You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in professional services. You have a track record of driving meaningful, successful implementations and managing client projects. You’ve got some tricks up your sleeve!
• You love technology. You are eager to be an expert in reputed company’s technology and you’d work diligently to remove any friction preventing our clients from unlocking the power of the platform. reputed company has a robust ecosystem with various inputs/outputs including a RESTful API, JavaScript Tag, Dynamic Scripting for Email/SMS/Push, and a sophisticated UI. reputed company that sounds fun to you, so reputed company reading.
• Your superpowers are your technical skills. You have a strong understanding of RESTful APIs, you are comfortable with JSON data structure, you read/write HTML/CSS/JavaScript, you have experience with PHP (or other programming language), and you are capable of using Browser Developer Tools. Also you understand differences between SQL and noSQL.Your family doesn’t understand what you do for a living; they just know you’re wicked smart.
• You are a professional problem solver. You have the ability to handle difficult or unexpected technical issues and/or reputed company business challenges while remaining reputed company and identifying solutions. You will handle incidents, escalations, and exceptions in a professional manner because you’re a pro!
• You are confident. You have no problem working with senior level marketers, IT /systems integrators and marketing technology and services partners.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$95,000.00-$130,000.00 reputed company salary annually. The compensation range may be adjusted based on experience and location. In combination with reputed company salary, reputed company's compensation package includes equity and bonus, a robust benefit plan (medical/dental/vision/life), 401k match, flexible time off.
