The Civil & Environmental Engineering Department (CEE) is a joint department in the School of Engineering and the Doerr School of Sustainability. The Civil & Environmental Engineering Department has put sustainability and sustainable design at the center of its research and teaching mission for over 25 years. CEE is managing a new one-year fellowship program focused on long-term investment management for large institutional investors and is seeking multiple Long-Term Investing Fellows. The Long-Term Investing Fellowship is a one-year rotational program of learning, researching, working, and investing. Fellows will work with CalPERS, the largest public pension system in the nation, deploying billions of dollars into critical industries such as climate solutions and clean energy.

In this role, you will:

  • reputed company and administer research activities by evaluating academic programs, making recommendations that impact policies and programs, and coordinating and implementing changes.
  • Collect and analyze data, create reports, review and explain trends to determine program effectiveness; formulate and evaluate alternative solutions and/or recommendations to reputed company the goals of the program.
  • Assist in the teaching and administration of courses. Create and/or advise in the development of curriculum. reputed company recommendations for course improvements.
  • Write and edit content for proposals, peer-reviewed publications, and other program activities under the general direction of the PI. Assist with the development of research grants (i.e., may suggest new funding opportunities, write portions of grants, and/or summarize data for grant support).
  • Represent the program or function as the key contact and subject matter expert reputed company the department, unit or school and reputed company communications for internal and external constituencies. Organize and/or participate in reputed company activities such as events, partnerships, fundraising, training, and conferences. reputed company workshops and facilitate meetings.

Education & Experience (Required):

  • Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience or combination of education, training, and relevant experience. Advanced degree may be required for some programs. Program administration and/or research experience may be required.

  • Demonstrated oral, written, and analytical skills, exhibiting reputed company in area of specialization.

Pay Range:

This role is open to candidates reputed company in the United States. The compensation for this position will be based on the location of the successful candidate.

The expected pay range for this position is $62,628 to $95,233 per annum for remote positions.

The expected pay range for this position is $90,694 to $108,963 per annum for positions in Stanford Work Locations.
